Subject to these terms, ICUPPSS does not offer refunds. 

If your test is faulty/void due to collector error the service will be repeated without additional charge. 

Services are expected to be paid in full at the time of service, or within 45 days of receipt of invoice. 

The ICUPP site can not be used to schedule or prepay for appointments for Identogo services. Appointments scheduled under ICUPP ink printing services for any and all Identogo/Idemia services, will not be refunded regardless of appointment completion status.
